		<description><![CDATA[Tonight was my first time dining at Marica.  The food was delicious, the service impeccable.  Cocktails were generous.  A thoroughly enjoyable meal in a very nice atmosphere.  It happened to be my birthday and my guess is that the waitress overheard it, as we got a complimentary dish of mussels which were scrumptious...as well as a lit candle in the dessert.
We had the lobster bisque and oysters for appetizers.  delicious just like the mussels.  I had the seafood stew which was very, very tasty and quite a generous serving.  Lobster and rack of lamb were the other entrees ordered.  All dishes were very well prepared and very tasty.  I highly recommend this restaurant.]]></description>

I was there the night you were dining - although I did not serve you but we witnessed your table and dining experience.

To address your concerns - We apologize if the fish tasted unusual, our fish is received fresh daily and is never stored in the freezer, if at any point you feel like the fish tastes weird we would be happy to recook you another piece. On the evening we did served over a hundred pieces of seabass and another hundred of salmon and there were no report of any problems.

As for the martinis, we have been using a VERY large glass a 8-9 ounce glass.
We started measuring our pours, as ALL restaurants do to watch their overhead to make sure that they are turning a profit and not at a loss.
One bottle of 750 ml is 21-22 ounces, keep in mind.
As far as the industry standard and standard martini recipes, most martinis are usually 4 ounces of liquor per martini, not 7-9 ounces of liquor. 
If we were to serve a full to the top martini we would only get 4-5 martinis out of an entire bottle.
We would go bankrupt and not make any money off of any of our drinks or cocktails at 8 dollars per drink, especially ones that are top shelf like Hendricks gin which usually is 40 dollars per bottle regardless of wholesale or retail. 
To industry standard, our drinks are still quite generous.
